We’ve booked 3 nights but we end up staying 6 :) Host is very friendly - he speaks spanish but when he sees that you have problems understanding he speaks slow and uses basic words. He can also speak a little bit of english. We’ve felt very welcome - like a part of family - host recommended us best places to see and he offered to drop us to some of them. Price is very adequate to the standards and quality. Place was clean and nice - both room and bathroom. There is also a spacious common kitchen everybody can use. It is not a luxurious hotel but the atmosphere is unforgettable. We’ve met really nice people in Casa Chi - this place will surely stay in our hearts for a long time :)
We love this place! You can feel like home and Super Chi is such a wonderful person! Ps . If you want to visit the most beautiful cenote you need to ask him about it :) It's not in the centre, but you can experience some local life :) We needed to change dates of our visit and it was no problem We Had beautiful big room, with bathroom,hot Water, air con, there is also a big kitchen with all equipment needed.
Amazing place to stay in pretty Valladolid! As a few people before us as well we planned to stay 4 nights but ended up staying 9 nights. The rooms are very spacious, including an ac and are very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped with free drinking water, coffee and tea. Chi is one of a kind! Such a nice person! He helped us with a lot of recommendations for cenotes and other stuff and brought us to a wrestling match, so we didn’t need to take a taxi. Highly recommend this place!
Perfect place to stay in Valladolid. The rooms are large and really comfortable with huge beds. Also very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped so you can cook your own food. It's quiet at night and there are loads of amenities close by - supermarket, pharmacy, fruteria, liquor store, laundry, etc. All of this makes it great but it's the host, Chi, who makes it exceptional. He will go out of his way to help you, no matter what you need, whether this is bringing you to the colectivo or anywhere else you need to go. His advice on the cenotes was very much appreciated by us. Genuinely loved our stay here and our chats with Chi and the other guests. It's a home away from home. Bonus point for Draco, the beautiful pup who made our day every day!
